launch and grow a creative brand — with no budget.

ARTBYAONEKO began with an observation. As an architecture graduate with a strong interest in art and design, I noticed that talented creatives across industries were struggling to present their work with the same clarity and intention that went into making it. Drawing on the research led, problem solving approach I developed through my architectural training, I set out to build a brand, a product suite, and a marketing system that could help creatives translate their experience into work that is clear, distinct, and genuinely their own. The art and illustration within ARTBYAONEKO reflect my own creative perspective, while the tools and templates are designed to be adaptable, giving each user the flexibility to shape them into something that reflects their own voice rather than mine. I built the project from the ground up with no paid advertising, no external team, and no prior audience.

The target audience is Sophia, a creative graduate aged 22 to 30 based in the UK, US, Canada, or Nigeria. She has the eye, the work, and the drive, but has not been taught how to present it. Every product, piece of content, and email in the ARTBYAONEKO ecosystem was designed around this specific challenge: talent that is overlooked simply because it is not presented well.

"your work deserves to be seen properly."

three pillars. one voice.

The brand was structured around three product pillars — art prints & illustration, Sacred Everyday (faith wallpapers and app icons), and Visibility Tools (portfolio templates, case study generator, Notion planner). Each pillar serves a different part of Sophia's world but shares one overarching brand identity.

case study generator

Turn finished work into a story worth reading.

The Case Study Generator
brief

Creatives who finish strong work, then freeze trying to explain it — built as a guided way to pull the story out instead of staring at a blank page.

problem solved

Most creatives can make the work but can't narrate it. 5 prompts, 2 minutes, replaces the blank page entirely.

Art & illustration

art & illustration

This is the crutch behind every other part of the practice — architecture, branding, product design, all of it leans on it somewhere. It's where I began, long before any of the rest, and it's still what I come back to when I need to think with my hands instead of a brief.

Sacred Everyday

sacred everyday

An extension of that same instinct, pointed toward faith — hand-drawn wallpapers and app icons built for a phone screen instead of a wall, but carrying the same handwriting as everything else.

a freemium ladder — built to convert.

Seven products were developed and launched across a pricing ladder designed to move Sophia from free subscriber to paid customer in the fewest possible steps. Every free product acts as a lead magnet and entry point to the paid ecosystem.

5 sequences. 21 emails. one funnel.

An end-to-end email marketing funnel was built in MailerLite, converting Pinterest and TikTok traffic into subscribers through two free lead magnets, then moving subscribers toward paid products through targeted automated sequences.

Each sequence was written in brand voice — lowercase, personal, never corporate — and designed to educate first and sell second. Subject lines were tested for open rate performance with preheader text doing a different job to the subject line throughout.
